Photoshop Actions for exporting Generally maps. 1st you need to load the actions into Photoshop: press on the little arrow at the top of the actions window and then select 'Load Actions' then browse to the folder, where 'generally.atn' is located. The macros requires a working folder named 'c:\generally' where the exported files will be saved. It's possible to use a different folder: You need to unfold the actions and doubleclick on the 'save' entry. You will be prompted for a new location and filename. There a 2 different macros for exporting the hmap. The one uses bicubic resampling and the other one resizes the image without resampling. In some cases it is better to resize without resampling. You have to test which one suits better for your project. The hmap export works with a layer folder named 'hamp'. Therefore is a file called 'gr-template.psd' included. It has also another feature; A layer called 'hmap grid' (a chequered board with 8x8 pixel squares) which helps me to simulate the 64x64 hmap while working with the 512x512 px file. There is also a Photoshop palette 'generally.atn' included, in case you need it for some reason. Xcuse my poor english, Markus ;-)
